Just a few weeks before this exciting milestone the IDEAS team from London, Ethiopia and Nigeria came together for a team retreat to hear from each other’s work in the different geographic locations and across the different thematic areas.

The majority of our work builds on learning and knowledge generated in phase 1 of the project. For everyone interested in phase 1 results recordings of our seminar series on findings from the first seven years of IDEAS can still be accessed here.

To lead the IDEAS team through the second phase Dr Tanya Marchant has taken over as Principal Investigator and new research has continuously been added to the IDEAS portfolio, such as an evaluation of a quality improvement intervention in Lagos State, Nigeria or work on data for decision-making in Ethiopia.
